Lights, Camera, Murder!

Hello All!
This weekend was a long one so we had a Hollywood themed Murder Mystery! It was super fun and we got to dress up and live in as we call it "fake world". I was the hostess named Vanity Affair who basically is crazy rich because her parents were actors! It was awesome! Here are some pictures:

Winter Semester

Hello all!


This semester has been pretty normal so far! The only fun things that have happened is that my roommate had to do a dare in which she announced her engagement to the whole ward, but no one believed her! Other  than that it has just been me going to school and meeting new people! :) That's a very short update, but I promised I would update more! :)

It's a bout time.....

Hey everyone!

IT has been brought to my attention that I do not blog as much as I should. So, I've decided to stop being lame and try to post things more often.

A New Year has begun!! So far 20112 has proved to be a good one and I am super happy ALL the time! :) The amythest in my ring did pop out a couple of days and it is somewhere in my sock drawer/ room. Hopefully I will find it because it is kinda sad!

Christmas was SUPER good and I had a lot of fun! I did pack my suitcase too full though (or something) because look what happened!

I'm also a little sad about htis as well! I promise there will be much more to come, just nothing has really happened yet! :)

First summer trip

Soo...I'm a little behind, but I'm going to give a short description of the first trip I took this summer. I started my summber by driving to Ohio for my uncle's wedding, then to Wyoming to see my sister's brand new baby, then I went up to Montana to visit my grandma, and then back to Kentucky for my nephew's baptism!! It was prettty crazy, and took me about a month to make the whole trek! :) WE stopped in several different places, and I even got to experience some new American culture (like cheese from Wisconsin!) So, here are some pictures! :)

And that about wraps up the FIRST trip! :)

Josh Groban Concert

The last post I had I told you that I was going to record summer, however I forgot to mention that I had JUST attended something that I have wanted to attend since I was ten years old. I went to a JOSH GROBAN concert!!! It was amazing! He sounds even better in person, and MAN can he sing! He is also really funny, like in a super nerdy way. But I still enjoyed it! Here are some pictures! :)

Slacker

Hello all! :)

Well, I have now successfully been around pretty much the whole USA since the first week of June. I have been from Ohio to Montana and back to Kentucky!! It's crazy!

Good news though!! While I was gone my sister had a beautiful baby girl named Emma, one of my best friends Allie is getting married, and my nephew is going to be baptized!! :) I am getting soo old! :)

Well, that is the update for now until I can get some pictures! :)

The End of an Era

Howdy!

Well, it is finals week of my freshmen year. It's crazy to think that I have been in college since June and all the things that have happened to me and all the people I have met. What an amazing ride!

Well, since Preference there have been several fun things that have happened. First off, the week after Preference my FHE dad Jamie Testi and I went on a spontaneous trip to Salt Lake. IT was lots of fun! WE basically played around and the highlight of our day was that we saw I Am Number Four (The movie). Now we are convinced that he is number 8 and I am number 9! :)

After this my roommates and I ahd a retreat at Rachelle's house, and the next weekend was my birthday! :) It was lots of fun. There were two general authorities that came (one of them was speaking) and my roomies (old and new) took time ot make me special desserts and made me feel really special! :)

Then about a week or so after that my parents and Devin and his family came up for St. APtrick's Day (okay, so it was really Spring Break). Then there was a dance called Invitational which  Iwent to after seeing the INCREDIBLE Young Ambassadors in concert! Invitational was called Passport ot Europe and there were many countries represented. Oh! And of course they made France Purple!!! :)

It was pretty awesome!! :) then after that there was a dance and a Men's Chorus concert all on the same night and it was quite fun as well! Apparently there are a LOT of guys that I know in the choir! :)

Then the MOST fun thing of the Semester was the Disney Villain dinner that I planned! :) (With the help of my awesome roommate Rachelle!) IT was soooo much fun! Everyone got REALLY into it! It was with our FHE brothers and it could not have been a better evening!

So we had, The Evil Queen from Snow White, Ramsley the butler from The Haunted Manshion, Sid from Toy Story, Mad Madame Mim from The Sword and the Stone (Me!), Scar from The Lion King, Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmations, Shego from Kim Possible, Clayton from Tarzan, Hades from Hercules, Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove, Shan Yu from Mulan, and Mother Gothel from Tangled. It was AWESOME!!! :)

We were supposed to e in partnerships so it was me and Noah who were Mad Madam Mim and Hades! WE were incharge of drinks so they were blood red with gummy worms in them because Hades drinks a drink that has a real worm in it in the movie! :)

This was our delicious dinner!! As you can tell dessert was a little scary! ;)

Well, that's it for right now! There will probably be another entry soon and more pictures seeing as I am heading back home and saying goodbye to some people for two years! So have a good one! :)
